Stress

Before we start, allow me to explain the definition of stress.  So, basically stress is the consequence of the failure of an organism – human or animal – to respond appropriately to emotional or 
physical threats, whether actual or imagined.


These are the common symptoms for stress:
i ) Poor judgment
ii ) Moodiness
iii ) Feeling lonely
iv ) Rapid heartbeat
v ) Neck pains



For the next entry, I will explain what is the effect of stress and also the way how we can overcome it.
